3. Good (Light Use)

• Fully working, light daily wear
• Small surface scratches (under 1mm)
• No cracks, dents, or screen damage
• Battery 85%+ health
• Buttons, cameras perfect

4. Fair (Noticeable Wear)

• Works well, clear signs of use
• Deeper scratches, small dents OK
• No major screen cracks affecting touch
• Battery 75%+ health
• Minor functional issues (slow charge)

5. Broken/Damaged (Lowest Payout)

• Powers on, basic functions work
• Cracked screen (touch works)
